MEMBERSHIP

Any graduate student enrolled in a PhD program at OHSU who maintains good academic standing and is interested in biomedical engineering and/or sciences is eligible to become a member of the chapter. All members are required to abide by the principles and conditions set forth by the Constitution and Bylaws of the chapter.

Requirements: 

1. Members are required to fulfill one of the following duties per year: 

• Plan and/or host a BMES Student Chapter Event, with the help of the Officer Board

• Mentor a first-year graduate student

2. First year students are exempt from membership duties.
